Where is the entrance to the studio?
The cleaya studio is located within the Kultur&Gut Hamburg venue at Friedensallee 7-9, 22765. Once you arrive at the address, enter Café Rosa, walk past the counter, and head up the stairs to the first floor. You are also welcome to let the staff at the counter know that you are here for a workshop, and they will direct you to head upstairs :)
How can I pick up my finished ceramics?

How can I book a pottery class?
If you click "book now" under pottery course here on my site, you will be redirected to Rausgegangen Hamburg, where you can then book your spots for the course.
Are the ceramics food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe?
In short, yes, they are food-safe!
In principle, ALL ceramic pieces are also dishwasher and microwave safe.
Nevertheless, to treat the pieces with care so that the colors, glazes, and surfaces remain beautiful for a long time, it is recommended to wash them by hand and keep microwave use as short as possible.
Which countries do you ship to?
Shipping is within Germany.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping throughout Germany costs €7.69
Exception: smaller items that fit in an envelope, such as pendants and similar, €2.50
I am ill and cannot attend the pottery class; what should I do?
Please refer to the course cancellation policy here. If you are no longer within the cancellation period because you are unable to attend at short notice, you are welcome to send someone else as a replacement; please send me a brief email about this at: cleaya.ceramics@gmail.com. Thanks <3
